BIOGRAPHY
Vladimir Barrios is a Panamanian artist with more than 15 years of experience in the visual arts.
He studied art at Panama’s National Institute of Culture, standing out for his innate disruptive style.
He held his first exhibition at the cultural space La Buat in Panama’s Casco Antiguo, where he successfully showcased more than 20 paintings.
Since then, he has participated in both solo and group exhibitions in Panama, Mexico, Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, Monaco, and France.
He has also collaborated with various social welfare organizations, dedicating some of his works to their causes.
His artistic techniques include Geometric Abstraction, Neo-Impressionism, Neo-Cubism, and his favorite style, Neo-Expressionism.
His works are distinguished by strong, primitive brushstrokes contrasted with vibrant colors and a balanced composition of elements — an expression that is at once aggressive and chaotic, yet friendly and captivating.

Shema Cedrick is a contemporary visual artist based in the Western Province of Rwanda whose work reflects the beauty, struggles, and spirit of everyday life within his community.
Deeply inspired by the Creator and the natural world, Cedrick transforms ordinary and recycled materials into meaningful works of art that speak to both human experience and environmental awareness.
Working primarily with mixed media and acrylic paint on canvas, his artistic practice embraces creativity without limits.
By incorporating recycled objects and unconventional materials into his compositions, he gives discarded items a second life, turning them into powerful visual stories filled with texture, emotion, and cultural identity.
His work stands as a reminder that beauty and purpose can emerge from what others may overlook.
Cedrick draws much of his inspiration from the local life surrounding him — the people, traditions, daily activities, and shared experiences that shape Rwandan society.
